After careful investigation the following reply was received. I do know the gentleman commenting on the picture. His name is Barry Harkcum and I remember him from Bristol Music School. He would have known me as Ruth Sutton in those days. Not sure where he got the name Ruth Chadwick from.

Bravo! That was a nice tambourine display. We're proud that we have such a good heritage and we pray that it will live forever. People get attracted and were given the chance to hear the Word of God. Keep it up. Am an Officer from the Philippines.
Wonderful!! i am from Chile and he have timbrel brigade in my corp to. We usually play with the to atrack people in the concerts and then we talk that persons talking about the love of Jesus. The timbrels are a very important ministery in the army. Praise the Lord for that.

There is a Ruth in the Timbrel Brigade but her name is Woodhouse, maybe you have the name wrong.
