That doesn't mean Vista was bad. Why else would Windows 7 be based on Windows Vista? In case you haven't noticed, Windows 7 is almost exactly the same as Windows Vista in terms of overall appearance and core architecture. Next time, do some more research first.

Windows XP had that problem, and so did 98, demonstrated in video. But you know what happens to those bugs? They get fixed. It's been about five years since Vista was released, and it is a pretty solid OS. Also, don't forget, Windows 7 /was/ built on Vista code.
