@Rewwgh they are of course from oop north. I guess you read germany on the release details, that's just where my copy was printed... don't panic they are still 100% british... :)

I dunno about the official lyrics - my translation is: "I seen a man today...eating on my bin...as he salvages anything he can.." I assumed it referred to a street person digging through a garbage bin.

Such a sad song but a great one too... Talks about homelessness, prostitution, and mental health issues. I can't think of a more timely or important song for urban areas - these are all issues where I live, and we all ignore them.

this comes from 'Carboot Soul' album and it's great. Personally I think their first album 'A Word Of Science' is the best, it pioneered the UK techno/breakbeat scene.

The Nightmares on Wax 'DJ Kicks' mix album is just sublime.
