@ThaCVirus after the B! (the ff2), do f2,1~b to get flicker stance, then flicker 1, keep holding back, then do 3+4 for albatross spin, and once you see steve spin, just mash 2 and you'll get it. It takes some practice, but it's not so hard.  You can do it precisely, but I find that after you do flicker 1~b, keep hitting 3+4 until you see him spin, then keep hitting 2 until you get the alb2

hold back to go into flicker stance then input 3+42, it doesnt show this on the command list i had to learn the hard way, also duck cancel isnt on the command list, alot of moves and transitions are not on there and people have to learn by finding them on their own or go to tekkenzaibatsu and ask for help...

first learn the art of duck cancel, which is not listed on the moves list, what you do is press db to cancel a duck, so get used to the dck cancel first b4 applying it to combos ie, f+3/4 into db to get u in crouch to exectue ws+12. try to perfect that in order for u to do it in combos,

also another key point, when your in flicker stance its quicker to dck cancel so hold b to go to flicker.. after f2,1 or watever.

i dont know who you are, but for me i think i enjoy using steve alot more than i used to on dr, he has so many more mixups and delayed moves, he has the most counter setup for juggles, most people bitch and cry that he hasnt got any easy df2! but he doesnt need that because he is allin all very powerful, hell i can beat som1 without even juggling once,

Btw SMP and bullrage. There is an easy way to cancel pab that can give you bigger combos after bound. If you f3+4 in pab, u stand instantly without crouch canceling. i just see alot of pab b+2 finishes. Just thought that might help.
