Radio-active super babies of the 50s and 60s.... These experiments were top secret at the time, how does one come across such rare footage? It was to my understanding that all super babies were eliminated along with all records of such events... Damn Soviets. They were the only reason we needed the super human babies, and we didn't even get a chance to use them in a real war! Just the hundreds of secret wars we had with those fur-hat bastards. But, of course, this is all just speculation.
