Great demo! But how do you know that you are acurate or precise at 30lbs of tamp?

@Freybird if you under tamped then the flow rate would be fast i.e. 12 - 15 secs
If over tamped 30+ secs if the grind is right then it's down to the tamp!
You get used to it- time yourself :)
