Have you heard of the 5 healing color theory? According to that theory, you need to watch paintings with color black, which helps kidney which affect our holman and bones. I think ink bamboo painting would be good for you becaus it comes with strong bones and joits. Yes, I am serious:-)

Green: The healing color of the liver.

White: The healing color of the lungs.

Yellow: The healing color of the spleen.
