She was modest and was in the band because PAUL wanted her by his side, so they can all get over it. Also, my mother, who passed away from leukemia almost a year ago LOVED this song, and it always makes me think of her. It's a great song, and that's that!
What a fitting video for a woman that was labeled as "unfashionable." She did more for Paul than anyone realized. She got him out of his funk and got him writing songs again! She was what he needed. She was a classy and real lady. Long live Linda! There will be no other like her!

Linda was attractive but not a knockout. The fact that he stayed with her, and was only ever away from her when he was in a Japanese prison, and wrote these songs for her, makes a pretty strong case that this was one of the greatest public romances of all time.

The photographer actually managed to capture some very loving moments that are now considered musically historical. This is inspires me.
Just reading Cilla Black's autobiography. She states that Paul and Linda were a perfect match. Soul mates. You can just tell from the photos. They're not forced; natural.

This was very well done! Paul and Linda were the perfect couple. They complemented each other in every way. I especially love the way that they sing together. I love how Linda sings backup on most of Paul's songs. It just breaks my heart to see Paul without Linda. I will never get over her death. I am impressed that Paul has moved on but I know that he still hurts everyday without her. RIP Linda.
For most of them photos Linda didnt have a scrap of makeup on, and still looked beautiful. Paul could have had anyone, he saw the lovely person that Linda was, inside and out, she was beautiful. She took a lot of shit from the press for her looks and her singing, but Paul ignored it.

I've always loved this song but it's been hard to listen to it at different points since Linda died because it captures his purest love for her and thinking of a couple like that separated and left pining for each other is so so sad

i like to listen to this song because it was my parents' song. and even though they're divorced i know that when they hear this song they immediately think of eachother. so thanks, paul mccartney. for bringing my parents together for 4:10 minutes each time they hear you.

This was very well done! Paul and Linda were the perfect couple. They complemented each other in every way. I especially love the way that they sing together. I love how Linda sings backup on most of Paul's songs. It just breaks my heart to see Paul without Linda. I will never get over her death. I am impressed that Paul has moved on but I know that he still hurts everyday without her. RIP Linda.

For most of them photos Linda didnt have a scrap of makeup on, and still looked beautiful. Paul could have had anyone, he saw the lovely person that Linda was, inside and out, she was beautiful. She took a lot of shit from the press for her looks and her singing, but Paul ignored it.

I've always loved this song but it's been hard to listen to it at different points since Linda died because it captures his purest love for her and thinking of a couple like that separated and left pining for each other is so so sad
