A c-stick is tilted downward.

And a control stick is tilted obliquely downward.

(Strictly speaking, you do DI up to be the lowest angle.)

You press L or R before opponent's attack hit you.

By the way, there are some attacks that FloorTech is cant be done.

For example, CF's knee.

Also do you know if it works with Falco's Bair or Nair too? Because if it doesn't it would be very risky to do it unless you're 100% sure your opponent is going to Dsmash you D:

Yes. It works basically with almost attacks.

For example, It works on about 150% about Falco's Bair.

But it works the attacks which blow out upwards on only lower percentage.

So It works with Falco's Bair, Nair, and Dsmash on about 150%.

You mean it works between like 60% and 150% damage? That's a pretty good range, considering you would be dead anyway if you DI'ed upwards at that percentage :D
