.., that he wasn't all that, and that those numbers seem false from just looking at the evidence... the film! a 4.41 forty doesn't look that slow, sorry. and a 300 bench? hmmm... it's a fact that most kids bs their stats in recruiting to gain an edge (an inch here, 10 pounds their, a tenth or two on the 40, etc.). I think if you tested him at the time, you'd see a high 4.5, a 400 squat, and a mid-high 200's bench. don't be so nieve to think kids don't lie, and good for him going 2 MTSU, lol
What the fuck have you done with your life besides ridicule others on youtube? Your original claim was that he was absolutely full of shit, his stats were hyper inflated, and he might be able to play D2 ball, or possibly 1AA. Well, guess what? The kid plays D1 ball, and I don't give a fuck what you say--D1 football in any conference is a full time job, and it is ultra competitive. There are no free hand outs at that level--if u earn a scholly it's because u can ball.
At my gym, there's a dude who weighs about 180, is just over 6', and maxes just over 300 on the bench. It's not that rare. Some kids have that quick twitch muscle fiber, and they are strong, they are fast, and they can jump out of the gym.
Remember, this all started because u talked so much shit about someone u don't even know. If u saw this kid in person, would u talk the same shit to his face? Would u call him a liar and a 1AA scrub? Where do u play football--USC? Loser.

I have no doubt that small kids can bench a lot, it's because they have short, big arms (not lanky/skinny ones). Oh, and 1-AA isn't scrub (that's where I happen to have interest), but I did say that his numbers look inflated from his film, pictures, and the fact that nothing is confirmed of his on rivals (not counting his proven inflated height). Kids DO lie in recruitin and football. Ex: Crabtree said he was 6-3, but at the combine was only 6-1. The examples are numerous.

I never said the kid couldn't play, I just saw some discrepancies with his athletic numbers. Obviously he's a damn good player, and equally obvious is the fact that lifting numbers don't matter much for DB's and WR's in recruiting (but I still thought I'd address what looks like the VERY COMMON inflating of stats, which is a pet peeve of mine). But enough of this bullshit, I tire of pc battling on youtube. good luck to him in college (sincerely), and Domco, just leave me alone. this is so gay
I'll write whatever the fuck I feel like writing just as you wrote whatever the fuck you wanted to.
You say you were addressing the validity of his stats, but in fact, you called his stats "laughable" in your 1st comment. You said he was too skinny to bench 300, and his 40 time was more like a 4.6 without pads. Where's the proof? My pet peeve is people like u who sit at home and sling shit at others who have the courage to put themselves on the line and strive for something greater.

domco, i'm not gonna lie, i grow tired of this. i had him pegged as 1AA-2 material without taking into account the pathetic sunbelt conference. so you see, my prediction was correct. he ended up going to a team with 1AA talent that just happens to get higher attendance. I'd love to see MTSU play any team in the top 25 of 1AA, especially a team in the top tier of the CAA. They would get wrecked, because they have 1AA talent, and Guerra was right where I pegged him: in that range! i just said
As long as we're going to continue this pissing match, what evidence do you have that he wasn't telling the truth? The fact that he has skinny arms doesn't mean shit. I have seen dudes with the same body type as Denzell Guerra double up their body weight on the bench, and triple their weight on the squat rack. You sold him short, and said he wasn't D1 material. He proved you wrong. You still insist he's a liar even though you don't have any real evidence to back it up. That's bull shit.
I see a young kid who has the courage and determination to play high school football in Georgia. That's not exactly a push over state when it comes to football. I see that he has enough motivation and savvy to get a little bit of exposure so he might be able to earn a scholarship. Then I see you bad mouthing this kid, underestimating his abilities, and basically calling him a liar. That's what pissed me off in the first place. What have you done with your life that makes you so special?
I'm sorry, but those numbers they threw out at the beginning of the vid are just laughable. I kid with arms and legs that skinny doesn't bench 300 and squat 475. Also, his 'game speed' which is what coaches look at, looks nothing like a 4.41. It looks more to me like he's realistically running 4.6-something w/o pads. However, despite these questionable physical stats, the kid looks like he could've played D2 or maybe even 1-AA if he was lucky. I don't know where he signed if he did, however
You're running your mouth, but you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. This kid signed with Middle Tennessee State which is a D-1 school that plays in the Sun Belt Conference. You will probably take this opportunity to rip on the Sun Belt Conference now to save face, but the fact is, a D1 school wouldn't give this kid a scholarship unless he could play ball. Why don't you check your facts before you bash this kid? Loser.
Uh, why are you calling me a loser over a dumbass highlight video? So my prediction was slightly off, I said 1-AA or D2 and he ended up going to a 1A school that would lose to any team in the Top 25 of 1-AA, my B. Good for him, he must've actually been fast, but there's not a chance in hell that he was lifting that much, sorry. And are you sure it was a scholly and not a prefered walk-on slot? And finally, don't you attack me if you don't even know who I am!
How the fuck do you know what the kid could bench? Were you in the weight room with him? There was a freshman wrestler at Arizona who was almost six feet tall, weighed 155 lbs, and benched 315 3x. Some people just have quick twitch muscles, and they can explode through the rep.
And yes, he was on scholarship.
Now you're bitching about how I attacked you?!? What about how you attacked an 18 year old kid who was only trying to get noticed so he could play college ball?
Hey, dumb-dumb, I'm in HS too! And you're Frosh wrestler example is BS because that kid prob had big, short arms (this kid has long, skinny arms). How ignorant are you to believe that kids DON'T exagerate things in the recruiting process? I don't have any problem with his highlights being on youtube, I think it's a great idea! I just think that you need to be honest in the recruiting process and I gave my personal opinion on his ability (and wasn't far off). Fuck off and leave me alone...
You were looking at the profile that wasn't updated. He has multiple profiles on the rivals website. The latest one includes his stats after he signed the letter of intent and ran through the combine workout.
Trust me, I was looking at the updated one. It showed that he signed with MTSU over ULL. It showed his numbers, but not with the little 'r' icon, meaning that they were confirmed. They were just what he SAID, not what a combine CONFIRMED.
One more example of his exageration, Rivals confirms that he is 6', but he claims he's 6-1. Granted, this is a small example, but it certainly sets a precedent.
That's my cousin
