Kairi's hair looks more of a brownish to me. But it's a dark red.

I like the design of Kairi in this one. Kind of a fusion of her KH1 and her (at the time, future) KH2 design. Long hair like KH2, but an outifit similar to the first. I hope they decide to re-use this concept.

And I remember when I unlocked this the first time. I was so excited for KH2.

In the original game Kairi was meant to have black hair, and the characthers were meant to be 16 (Except for Riku who was meant to be 18 or 19). This was made before they actually released any news about the game.

How do you unlock the Secret Ending? I've heard that you have to seal all the Keyholes, beat the Hades Cup, and find all 99 pups. I've already got all 99 pups and sealed all the keyholes and now I'm facing Xehanort's Heartless.

That should do it. Or you can play the game on Proud mode, which'll do it automatically.

it's been a while since I've played KH 2 but when Sora uses his keyblade for the unlocking of the keyholes, a crown thingy on the ground appears...that kinda looked like the Nobody sign. I dunno. And is it just me or does anybody else see the hinting of Xion around 0:34 ? I mean, it's Kairi of course, but it could be a hint of Xion...? anybody have any agreements?

yes I think thats forshadowing, the memory skyscrapper flashes images of memories of those nearby i'm assuming that since xion was a memory of kairi in sora that she was one of the key memories in roxas, I also assume that the flame that appers is to foreshadow to everyone that the man ontop of the building is riku, because riku when in dark mode has that sign on his chest

What I think the scene at the end is when Sora and Riku return from the darkness through the door of light. So this is seemingly a trailer for the ending of both 358/2 days and the ending of KH2. I wonder if there is a secret in this ending for another game.

It's supposed to be Kairi, as this was (and is) still a concept trailer, and nothing was set in stone (hence deep dive), so a lot of elements were still in their early stages, such as this older version of Kairi.

This one is a secret ending for KH and you unlock it by finding all 99 dalmatian puppies and then beating the game.

Deep Dive is on KH Final Mix and, IDK for that one.

If you have the American release of Kingdom Hearts, this is the only bonus video on there. The Deep Dive video was released on a special version called Final Mix that was only released in Japan.

Roxas' battle with Riku, as seen in Another Side, Another Story, involves him running up the side of Memory Skyscraper and passing by Riku as he leaps off. This is mirrored in Sora's battle with Xemnas, with Sora taking Roxas' place and Xemnas taking Riku's.

The GEN was Xemnas and the other two were Mockey and Riku.

This of course is the concept trailer and had no spcific relevance to what actually happened, considering Nomura had to retcon Xemnas' identity. Originally saying that GEN[ Glowing Eye Nobody] was the same as EM [Enigmatic Man] who was the same Org member to fight Sora in Hollow Bastion in KH1FM. [which is canon]
