hmm, i find from this video that i'm more of a person that gets ASMR when i hear something sharp... like the glass tinging, or something soft, like a finger slowly moving overs a hard surface or paper... intriguing...

Ya know that's so interesting, you like the sqeaking sound of the pages but for me, its the opposite. I literally cringe at the sound of super glossy paper sqeaking. specially if I am feeling it and my hands are wet. idk its weird. My uncle cant stand the feel of steel wool. :p

The best sleep I ever had was at a desert race I was photographing. It was raining super hard and I retreated to my tent. The sound of the rain on my tent put me ou even though it was the middle of the day and I was not tired.

@liampw20 Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response--in a nutshell, it refers to what goes on in the brain when some of us get whisper chills.  So far, I haven't found any solid research of what exactly is going on in the brains of people who get so relaxed by these certain triggers that so many of us have in common.

@ddduncan7 ASMR videos can include sounds and/or whispers. There are a variety of different triggers, but I've noticed that the whisper community does seem to be the most popular "niche" on YouTube.
