@drakeTM1 Hey, he had a lightsaber in that movie, and held out against a guy using a double bladed lightsaber for a good while. He was PLENTY badass in that movie!
you know when i watched the darkman i was around 4years!i was hiding behind the couach because my parents forbid me to see it! and they were trhue! so like a silly boy i didn't obey ! and after watching it i was scared and i afraid and i had fever during the night! and after that i had a phobia and fear for all the people who are burned or puting bandage around their face!so yesterday i decided to cure my self by watching the film !it was hard sure but i found the film and the charaters amazing

At the end of his life, the deadliest gunfighter of the Old West is given a choice: Hell or redemption. He chooses redemption and God's Archangel transports him to modern day Los Angeles to serve bloody, frontier justice on the worst dregs of society.
Know what you mean. That scene is one of my favourites of all time. We've all had "pink elephant" moments where we have gone effing barmy over something relatively insignificant and Raimi nails it brilliantly. Superb vision and direction.
One of Sam Raimi's most underrated films, especially because it lead to him getting his hands on Spider-Man.
I'm really glad Raimi was forced to make up his own super hero instead of getting the rights to the Shadow or Batman back then. Darkman is the perfect blend of Sam Raimi's knowledge of horror and comic book super heroes.
This is one of Raimi's best, IMO. There's something about the visual style (elements of Evil Dead combined with the montage idea whenever Payton loses it), the soundtrack is superb, and it doesn't take itself too seriously. The acting's a little hammy and overwrought, but you really buy into Payton's pain, and the idea that Durant is super evil.
No it wasn't. The guy who played Darkman was the same guy who played the Mummy in "The Mummy" movies and he was the villian in one of the 24 seasons. And they made Darkman 2 (I forget if there was a subtext, it) and Darkman 3: Die Darkman Die.
i dont know but this character looks like a bit to rorouni kenshin´s villain ' ¨Makoto Shishio¨!!! great video you make ¡ but next time do something with the vigilante movies like some sort of tribute video!!!
hey hey, this looks great. sort of like spiderman mixed with evil dead, but more evildead. do you know the budget of darkman, evil dead II was 2 million and evil dead 3 was 11 million (way over it's original budget)
NIGHTWISH!!!

I interviewed the parents of France McDormand in 1990. She was adopted by them. They claimed that she was not a good daughter.
