@RaeRae914 Firstly supporting a political cause is not the same as condoning act of violence. And one should also look to Bloody Sunday and various atrocities that were committed by both the British and Loyalists. I have supported and continue to support people committed to bring equality and fairness to the world. And actively promote those causes in my own country. Blood has been split on all sides, but I have picked mine. You have picked yours. How do you tell the family that their child died attending a peace rally. Shot in the back by the British Army. Two wrongs or three never make a right. But the cause for which nationalists fight in NI is just. Is nationhood such a hard concept

And on this I never forget my heritage and I fight for my nation to be a republic without a Queen of the UK as my Head of State and support all who do. I am an Australian and served in my nations army. I am not English so why must a foreign ruler who is the head of a religious sect rule my nation. You will also note the IRA has put down their weapons unlike their opponents. Give peace a chance
