I think this build is a litte wierd, talon is an assasin, he is not a figther or carry, attackspeed is something you absolutely don't need on talon. you only deal damage with your abilities, I go cd boots and ghostblade, giving me extremly low cd. I build mabye one bloodthirsier and just build crit and damage with IE. this gives me an enormous burst, I can run around and oneshot the enemy untill I run out of mana. I can also be killed in an instant, but due to my ult, I'm able to not get focused

@PrototypeCreator Phantom dancer sucks compared to triforce for proq his Q and chance at slow without the mallet plus the health. i go as follows.

I just bought Irelia and she is hands on by far the best AD assassin I've played. I'll buy Talon and try him out more, but I doubt he's better. Irelia is fucking OP, I can see why people put "nerf Irelia" in every LoL joke...
