They (junta) are doing it the way they want and justifying it with whatever laws they want. The constitution has already guaranteed a place for the military, so it will be against democracy. The junta will automatically get their political space and will run for office under various names like the Union Solidarity and Development Associations (USDA).

May the Secretary General through his mission bring the attention of the Security Council in the matter of Burma that has threaten the maintenance of peace and security for more than six decades.

In my perspective, changing a country into a whole new world cannot be done by one person or one group of people..This is a great example of how a student in foreign country tries her best to do for her country. Everybody who belongs to the country should involve in whichever way they can and no matter how big or small they can participate. Then ONLY we could achieve a big CHANGE!!

Well....we know the military government don't want to lose their power ! But we must Be realistic of the neighboring countries' support for the military ! Please we must do a lobby to the mighty power ! We must change the weighting balance !

So..if you can do lobby from aboard, DO IT NOW ! DOn't Shout ! As a student, I can't do anything. As far as I see, everybody is exploiting and shouting something from aboard ! But Do it realistically !!!
