Tony. Take some much needed advice. Learn some humility. You are not a scientist with any degree of in-depth knowledge on this subject matter.

Myself included, I am also hugely ignorant of many aspects relating to this field, but I am trying to learn and keep an open mind in the process.

You're attitude throughout this interview was biased and arrogant in it's flavour. Constantly deferring to authority is a major weakness in my estimation and reflects poorly on you as an individual.

Wow, I never really had much respect for Fielding before seeing this, maybe just because of the name of his party. Bout time someone took to this with a rational approach. As a feloow engineer and scientist at heart I hope he really does stand by this creed of balanced, factual analysis.

I hope that Fielding encountered Dr. Chu. It would be like Minnie Mouse meeting Darth Vader. He is probably going to be sent to lower level officials that are just as competent but are paid to take this kind of mental abuse.
