It looks great but why would somebody purposely taint a crystal I haven't used this mod much i just use the technic pack so there's a lot to go through on there and it's hard to tell what belongs I what mod

I think that this mark 2 mixed with the mark 1 would be very good, where it has the gui you can open, but the mark 1's block underneath the crystal

I agree with the first post, the crystal's sprite is a little odd looking, almost like an angled cube. Keep it up though! Can't wait to play it in Technic pack 6 :D
