Obviously you don't speak Greek, so you won't understand the funny side amigo :) In a nut shell, the guy getting a ticket is trying to be nice to the inspector in order to avoid the fine. Obviosly, the inspector doesn't fall for his trick; that's why the advert then implies that he should lick on the icecream (rather than the inspector's arse):P
