I prefer the old graveland with capricornus as drummer. the drums here are too synthetic and the riffs are not as original as in immortal pride.

I know that he uses now Hughes & Kettner amps,but I can't say if it was the same on old albums.For the rest,I agree,albums with capricornus are better,but also in a total different vein.Darken has stayed honest and proud,contrary to many so-called "pagans"who play now commercial death metal..;

battle scenes(or generally all scenes except ones with wolves) are from the Polish movie from 1960... , entitled " "Teutonic Knights" (org. "Krzyzacy") illustrating the strugge between the Polish King Wladyslaw Jagiello (actually Lithuanian, but Lithuania and Poland were a united country at the time) and the order of Teutonic Knights. In 1960 the movie was watched by 32 mln Poles, when the population was 29 mln, meaning all Poles saw it at least once.
