Really lol? The races are balanced, BL-Infestors is simply a Zerg deathball style. It takes forever to get to, costs stupid amounts of gas, and if you miss even one fungal, the staplers blink and you pretty much die.

Stephano's just extremely good, so his positioning was perfect and his micro even better.

It's not the race, it's the player.

i hate how we think a race is OP when its really just the player that is OP. Stephano is an extremely good player. and if zerg was taken out of the game entirely, the games balance would be thrown off so much. and i don't think protoss needs a buff, because when they execute their game right, they win before the zerg gets 4 or 5 base. thats when zergs mechanics become OP. the rational course would be create builds with more flexibility so protoss can deal with later game flexible zerg.
