Probably you mean Audi Q5? And where exactly is better than Touareg? On-Road probably is equivalent but I don't believe is better. About quality, well Audi is not better than VW anymore, at least from this VW! Off-road better don't even mention. Touareg may not be Land-Rover or Lan-Cruiser, but is the best combination of on-raod and off-road capabilities that currently exists in the market.

@MrColdStove LOL My friends have a Q5 and Q7 and both regret it after driving my 2004 Touareg. And they have 2009 and 2010 Qs And off road, they wont even consider it, I bury mine in mud to the door handles almost with Forterra triple treaed all season M/S tires and have no worries in a soup bowl of pulling out and never have to go to 4low or lock my diffs.

I test drove a fully-loaded '04 today - very disappointed. It's complicated, rather than luxurious. Suspension has 3 stiffness settings and 5 height settings, none of which offered a smooth ride. V8 felt overtaxed and was surprisingly gruff at low RPMs. Lots of squeaks and rattles. A shame, because it was a nice-looking truck.

Not like the fuckin BMW x5 or other  SUVs that cant climb a sidewalk.

Yea the 05,06,07,08,09 Touareg's are awesome though.

But that how it is with most new cars. The 2004 model was the first year of the Touareg so it was expected to have problems.

I have an 06, its insane. The sound of it is like... stuff, the way it looks, and everything else is something i want expecting. I was looking at the Porsche SUV and the X5, Porsche Audi and VW are all designed the same way, and by the same people. The X5 is just gay, the new ones are Nice looking, but nowhere near as nice as the VW etc.

The Infiniti FX50 is nice but dont try an take that off roading.lol that was done lastnight by my cousin and me and it wasent pretty.

We accually had a Touareg and a tiguan with summer tires pull us out of the mud.

we got stick a couple of times. and the interior is fucked up lol and the thing is it was my cousins moms car lol but they own an infinti dealership so shell get a new one.
