There is no word like 'vrackgunach' in german language. If he doesn't sing 'you can stand fact over time', what seems to be the official lyric, it sounds like german 'Du kannst einfach glücklich sein' ... classical misheard lyrics. Google for 'besserhoerer', there are tons of it ;o)
Ah.. That makes a lot more sense. I started typing in what I thought it might be in google, and that's what it suggested, so I went with that. He says "glücklich" in kind of a weird way..

no he talks german, i am german i have to know it^^ he says "du kannst einfach glücklich sein", what means something like "you can just be happy"
