That is a seriously random choice of music for fistula surgery.

very basic procedure, the bread and butter so to speak, of vascular surgeons. The greatest complication is of course patency in the few months that follow prior to cannulation. Neurosurgery is slightly more complicated. I still admire the vascular surgeons though.

you wont feel a thing but after the sergery listen to your arm it sound like a run alway trains.... Loud like hell don't put your arm near your ear when you go to sleep because it quite loub you wont fall asleep at all....
