Actually the laws of physics would say YES! The main distinction between a 5lb rock and a 5 oz bullet is the velocities at which they are fired. Take a 5oz bullet and throw it at somebody vs a 5lb stone and you will quickly understand the difference!
Similarly fire a 5lb stone at 900 mps (the speed of bullet) and you will shred buildings!

My point was that the "damage" of a rock or a bullet has to do with the kinetic energy of the projectile and while the bullet has a very high velocity the rock has a much higher mass to also inflict significant damage also, thus making it quite lethal and just as if they were lethally armed.
Thus your assertion that the Palestinians are somehow the less violent force and more defensive compared to an "aggressive" Israeli force armed with rifles is moot.

As I said previously, the degree of lethality is immaterial. It doesn't matter if an attacker wants to club you, stab you, shoot you or bomb you - they are ALL lethal and treated as such.
