In the final stage, there are four color-coded rooms: one blue, one brown, one red, one green. Each houses a final boss, but only one is genuine (the other three are impostors). The color of the room in which the real McCoy appears differs per game and is arbitrarily determined, I believe, at the point the player presses "start" to begin play. I would assume, then, that this player recorded this run numerous times before reaching the genuine boss on the first try, or knows something I don't.
