The first and only exposure I had of her was when I watched her being interviewed live on CSPAN. She was unforgettable. When I later heard of her passing I was angered and sad. It's nice to know that so many have been positively affected by her and keeping her memory alive.

Another innocent life lost in this terrible war. I am British and never knew or met Marla, but she comes across as a totally inspiring person. May she be at peace allways.
Marla is an vivid example of what we the people should be doing, instead of supporting an evil war. PLEASE BE A GOOD HUMAN BEING...DO NOT KILL, RAPE and ABUSE INNOCENT PEOPLE...REMEMBER TO ALWAYS MAKE PEACE....
It is interesting as an American citizen she wanted to help Afghan and Iraqis. Are they that stupid to trust her?
