"yazb12345" all you have to do is go to Start, find the program, right click on it, find properties, ans you should see a tab for settings(like disable, enable, and should give you the option for "top" position.
do u have the hp advisor dock? if so do u how to make it stay at the top of the screen permantly, or atleast auto hide cuz every time i try to go another windows it just dissapears help thx :D

Thanx for the great help, took me less than a minute to disable. No need to remove unless you are planning on using it at all.
If you want to remove it just go to Control Panel \ Programs \ uninstall a program \ select HP Total Care Advisor and uninstall.
