How can you be against legalizing cannabis, but support medical marijuana? That makes no sense at all. A substance only becomes dangerous when it is no longer available through the market, why can't these politicians get that? Cocaine and Heroin are the same thing. Legalize them and control them so that people can feel better already!

He understands better than any of us- even though a circuit judge, I believe, had decided to cut his department's budget in HALF, it is actually going to be increased by something like 4%. Isn't it great? Also, the federal government actually has a medical marijuana program, thereby violating their own law. Our government is, by admission, guilty of growing and distributing a controlled substance. Oliver North imported thousands of pounds of cocaine to Ricky Ross, and he got a medal for it!
