i've gotten under 4 seconds as well. what i do is hold the controller with my knees and use my index fingers to poke the stick downwards in a triplet sixteenth-note rhythm (...left right left right left right...etc..)

i also made a superstar left tackle at 7ft 350lbs... did the run in 4.20, choked on the bench press and got 8/10 touchdowns on the lineman challenge and got a 99 overall.
