I saw the comment about sparring. Manong Angel called it sparring/hit-counter hit counter, we didn't argue. At the higher levels with extreme skill and control you "can" turn loose. I can assure you that 70+ mph hits with picking, broken timing,passing, etc. requires above average skills. Truly, a telling blow could come within 5 hits. Trust is paramount. A totally good flow-sparring here. Subsitute a new counter for every strike, and substitute any of the 12 strikes after doing the Counter, then you have 35+ Flow drills, rather than just the Basic Flow Drill. When you keep Counter System of Angel Cabales, you can develop more Flow Drills from there, until you become free of the fixed formats, but you are never free since anything you invent outside of this is already contained after 35+ Flow drills are done. Thank you for your comment. You are correct, This is a basic flow drill, to practice our blocking and striking reflexes.
