Anyone know how to put a seatbelt on a riding mower?

My dad traded for one of these, the motor wasnt firing and we couldnt get it firing so we changed the motor. Now it wont move. The transmissions just make a growling noise. They're full of fluid. Any ideas of whats wrong?

I have one just like it. Best mower I've ever had. Mine has an ONAN 18hp engine. Of course, I use it to mow lol.
