The Game Over Yeah was only In Sega Rally Championship. Not Daytona USA.

This wasn't made specifically for the PC. This is a PC release of Daytona USA CCE, which released on Sega Saturn a year earlier. The only difference is that the PC version has a medley of Rolling Start/SkyHigh/Pounding Pavement etc.
