We cannot conduct our business as a society when it is difficult to hear what other people are saying because people stand up and clap loudly for long periods of time. To have a dialogue, which is agreed as the best method of finding compromise and solutions, it is necessary to not only speak, but listen.

These people applauded an anti-Sheriff Joe Arpaio comment in a public forum and were arrested by his deputies. He is an abusive, ineffective, corrupt sheriff who people vote for because they're more concerned about illegal immigrants than competent law enforcement. Prior footage shows one pro-Arpaio woman making a public comment about having the pro-Arpaio supporters stand up. On top of that, while the board is trying to sit down and "conduct" their meeting, the pro-Arpaio supporters stand back up an applaud the board that apparently works for only them. Now, why weren't they arrested for creating a disruption? Because the board and MCSO represent them...

Third , the next time you see someone being victimized in such a manner DON'T JUST SIT THERE AND WATCH.
