well as funny as it may be because of stereotypes, as a youth minister, this is exactly why we get such a bad reputation in the church. "What exactly do you do?" is one of the top misguided questions we get from parents and others who see us as immature and lazy.  there are many of us who are leading effective ministries, working hard and who are not cheesy gangsta white boys who have not matured beyond 9th grade.
