OH! MY! GOD! NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE THIS AGAIN! I used to have an audio tape of the show were Viki tells Cord that his mother, Maria, was an accomplice to Jessica’s (or was it NATALIE’S) kidnapping. I almost have the whole thing memorized! VIKI: “I never did cross that line, Maria! So that’s why you put the suitcase in the trunk of my car. With all the Niki Smith gear, with the dress and wig…” CORD: “Wait. Hold on now, what wig?”
Such sweet scenes with Clint and Viki and Tina (setting up Tina's upcoming pregnancy I guess?). And poor Allison's further descent into madness. I feel just awful for her. These scenes help me understand her more.
Who was that black nurse who was speaking about her father being in prison? Was she a character on the show at the time? Who was her father?
@CarlD2 I'm sure you've been told this already, but that was Lisa. She was on for about a year. It's kind of sad, but if a character was black the writers just didn't KNOW how to write them in. Now, of course, with tv the way it is... if you have black characters you simply... write them into the script. Lisa's boyfriend Bobby was introduced through Niki Smith. It DOES make you wonder. What Was originally planned for those characters. It seems they planned to write in a rich black family
@CarlD2 ...BECAUSE in the crack dealers and jewels clip from Vickrobcal Lisa was saying her dad gave her jewels because he wasn't around much. So, maybe they had a Generations type idea and scrapped it.... hmmmm.
These are the PERFECT example of how OLTL could seem so "family traditional" Viki/Jessica and then go COMPLETELY BONKERS as in Tina/Allison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
