This shit happened to me in summer of 2002 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I was not schizophrenic, I was not belligerent, I was not drunk, not using drugs, not stealing or stolen anything. I WAS HOMELESS. There were AT LEAST 6 who beat the shit out of me - I had lost my job, was homeless in a sleeping bag on an unoccupied property. They came up and just started kicking / hitting / punching the SHIT out of me until I was bleeding all over and fell unconscious. I had an interview the next day.

Ask for Sellers to resign.. Congresswoman from Fullerton has already asked the he resign. Those officers really should face murder charges in the first degree.

But the police are heroes. They heroically ganged up in a six to one ratio and beat an unarmed mentally ill homeless man to death. None of you have the right to judge these hero murderers. You don't understand the stress they undergo every day as they drive around town with all the best training, equipment and back-up that our money can pay for as they heroically harrass and beat people to death.

Poor cops, they have to look at themselves in the mirror every morning, knowing that they are not there to protect and serve, but to abuse the citizens and take their money whenever possible. Imagine the horror of knowing what a piece of shit you are. I say a fair trial and a public hanging to put them out of their misery.

my guess is that there is a collective mindset in the culture of the police where they view themselves as the deliverers of some type of ancillary or street justice while performing their duties. it gets way out of hand from time to time.

Based upon the facts, lol. What possible reason could the officers give to gang up on a single homeless man and taser him at least 5 times???? I think that this behavior is becoming standard operating procedure in all police departments across the nation. The police have switched from a protect and serve mentality to enforcer thug revenue generation. The good officers are the one's getting laid off while the new blue thugs run the streets.

This shit happened to me in summer of 2002 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I was not schizophrenic, I was not belligerent, I was not drunk, not using drugs, not stealing or stolen anything. I WAS HOMELESS. There were AT LEAST 6 who beat the shit out of me - I had lost my job, was homeless in a sleeping bag on an unoccupied property. They came up and just started kicking / hitting / punching the SHIT out of me until I was bleeding all over and fell unconscious. I had an interview the next day.

So in a sense, the Constitution changes to fit the wants of the government, although it's not the Constitution's fault, it's those who interpret it in a perverse manner.
