You used more pedal than I've seen before for this peice, but that's not a criticism by any means. And you recovered really well during the recapitulation, I doubt anyone who wasn't familar with the piece would have picked up on it too much. Nice.
Thanks for the comment! Well, to be honest, I get rather nervous as well, I don't really have a trick. Ha-ha! I would say though, the minute I am at the piano and begin to play and hear the notes/tones, it soothes me and reminds me how much I love the music, so I forget about stress/nerves.
@zxcvuiop45 I've recently done an "anti-stress" course and the teacher said that the best way to conquer stress is not to think about how you're going to play. Just accept that you are what you are and never mind how you play. You could also try to feel your breath running through your body before you play. Hope this helps,
I'm scared to nod my head (someone might throw something when I'm not looking!...Kidding!).....I LOVE the tempo, musicality, and technical dexterity in your fingers!! Wow.....maybe one day I'll get there! Thanks for your inspiration!
You play beautifully! Looking forward to MUCH MORE!!
Great Job! You're playing reminds me so much of another pianist from UL-Monroe. Do you accompany at all?
