@KorZv the miniaturized versions of pistons don't work, but you can just miniaturize the wiring and probably reduce it's size quite a bit.

Ok here's how you get a compass first get at least 1 redstone and then get paper from harvesting sugar canes three in a row in a crafting table then open crafting table put redstone in the middle and paper around it then...well there you have it 1 compass happy?
