  • So horrifying =/ for years I was scared to go anywhere near an air conditioner after this.

  • this scene left me emotional scarring for years

  • Phil Hartman ftw!

  • did toy story III steal this plot?

  • Whoa...this was a disturbing scene...

  • well he was a jerk anyway.

  • vacuum cleaner is unfazed.

  • oh gosh i dont remember watching this as a kid but damn it looks so familiar! i think i did watch it

  • wow this is not a kids channel

  • Creepy as fuck...

  • AC is the guy from The Shinning so don't make the AC mad or this will happen

  • lol so is that why he sounds so damn scary

  • way to be optomistic air conditioner XD

    ...Ooo buuurrn

    -Henry

  • "suck me to death" lol.

  • The Air Conditioner used to scare me a little. But now I find him hilarious!

  • gawd this is scary. i think all the old classics had the best novies and the worst movies because now all disneydoes is make the same crap. that's y pixarbought it cus disney couldnt make a movie.

yunno how some of the old movies had metaphors for deep stuff like in fible goes west? what the heck would this be?

  • That AC had problems....

  • yea he needs therapy... and some happy pills to boot

  • I love this scene, when I was a kid, I got scared when I saw this scene everytime, and after it was over, the first few times I watched the film, I thought he died, and I was sad, until I saw the end of it because I kept falling asleep!

  • what are you gunna do suck me until im dead

  • Blanket = Scary as F*CK

  • this film scared the crap outta me im like holy crap when he starts screaming

  • Pretty freaking intense for a kid's film.

I can't even imagine what Phil Hartman looked like performing this scene.

  • Reminds me of emo Spider-Man from Spider-Man 3 lol.

  • Boy, this movie disturbed me more than any other when I was a kid.

  • Holy...cow! This part scared the CRAP out of me when I was a kid. Seriously, I couldn't even watch it, I'd always hide behind the couch until it was over.

I'm sure there were other parts that scared me, like the spare part shop and the junkyard, but this was the only one I really remembered.

  • No kidding - honestly, this part scared the BEJESUS out of me. I saw it when it was JUST first released, so I was a bit young to fully understand what the hell was going on, but I tell you, when that thing started a-spittering and a-sputtering, I was ready to soil myself.

  • Me too!

  • awe.... This still makes me sad :(

  • i always thought it was brad doriff, the voice of chucky, when he starts yelling at the end

  • Let's not forget the touching scene at the end, when the Master fixes him, then he gets teary-eyed.

  • "What are you gonna do, suck me to death?"

    I laughed.

  • My god I must have missed that one. Watching kids show when you are older can be like that. I watched Bedknobs and Broomsticks (Disney film) around christmas and I just started laughing when the kid said "whats that got to do with my knob?"

  • the guy who voices the air conditioner sounds like Lionel Hutz the lawyer off the Simpsons

  • That is him, Phil Hartman.

  • >.> But it's an impression of Jack Nicholson, isn't it?

  • Right? lol...that's what it's like.

  • this movie was pretty much over all messed up

    the air conditioner died

    the lamp commits suicide

    the toaster commits suicide

several cars die in the junkyard

    the clown dream

its still a good movie and i know why i used to watch it all of the time but i was still always afraid of it

  • this part scared the crap out of me. :[[[

  • I was so scared of this scene as a kid. I remember I'd would cry when the air conditioner died. Not because I was sad- because of how FRIGHTENING it was.

  • I haven't seen this movie since I was six.

I forgot how psycho Air Conditioner was ^^

  • This part scared me the most when I was young. ._. :)

  • Wow. It's been years since I last saw this movie. I forgot how intense this scene was (and still is.) Thanks for posting the clip. Brought back memories. :)

  • Oh I couldn`t remember that part. The only scene I had still on my mind was the one with the clown.

I always looked away till my mother said that the scene is over. XD

I loved this film as a kid. And now, 10 years later (or even more, I can't tell) I wan't do see it again.

  • I know exactly what you're talking about. That clown scared the shit out of everyone including me. I'd like to see someone post it, because its bene years since i've seen this film.

  • Y'know, its wierd, but I never remembered the clown scene when i was a kid, this was really the only scene I remembered that scared me >P And also the "Its a B movie" scene gave me the chills.

  • Ditto, I always forgot the clown (I remembered the full tub and everything but the clown never phased me enough to remember) but I never forgot this scene... I used to bury my head in the couch so I couldn't even hear it when I was a kid.

  • He didn't die! "The Master" repaired it almost at the end of the movie

  • I know, but it makes it more dramatic that way. Especially for people who haven't seen the movie before.

  • yay phil hartman, yay!
