render in mp4 format, make sure you do not do mp4. and do lesser quality becuz the screen so small it'll still come up rlly good. aslo it saves space on ur ipod

HD is all good, but rendering sure takes a long time to do.

HQ is half of the time towards HD, but I guess everyone is so used to HD, I can't really argue with it.

Usually, when I render, lets say a 2-3 minute video, the size is huge (about 400MB!)

Anyway to reduce it? Any programs to solve it (or hopefully, free ones.)
