We watched this video today while doing an up-date in advanced trauma life support. it is realistic and as true to life as you can get. I wish all 17 year olds could watch this after taking there test. I have lost count of the amount of teenagers I have taken to hospital from road traffic collisions, fatally injured and with life threatening injuries.

the fact of the matter is texting while driving is not only FOOLISH but down right STUPID NOT TO MENTION DANGEROUS!! Not only do you put yourself in danger but everyone else as well... Where I live there was a trucker that caused a fatal accident and it was later discovered that he was texting! Please think before you text while driving!

today we had a d.a.r.e thing at school and oour officer teaching the lesson told us about this video. he said that texting is as bad driving under the influence of anything else. and he toldus about this video made in the UK that they were going to air in the USA but it was to graphic. i think they should show this as a commercial. i think teen drivers need to see how horrible this can be and how deadly. after watching this im afraid to even have my cell phone.

No, this isn't over the top. This can/does happen when people don't use their brains. You should NOT text while driving. In many states, testing while driving is illegal. If anyone thinks it's ok to text and drive then they either need to go back to driving school or have their license taken away, simple as that.

im sorry to disagree but i think this taught me a very big lesson... the fact that it was overly graphic almost makes me not want to text at all period nevermind while driving... and it can obviously be much worse than this...
