@truesightgrabber actually in a way yes, birthrates are much lower in countries with better living standards, so its more like changing how people think about getting children. Like asking yourself if you really need to get a 5th child. It does not however promote mass genocide to reduce the population on the planet today. It even states that we can feed and house all of the earths inhabitants.
