Scrap foam to make the shape, Great Stuff expandable eurethane foam to build it up, a saw to cut and shape, wax paper to prevent the resin from sticking, masking tape, polyester resin, fiberglass matting and cloth, bunch of cheap paint brushes, and a grinding disc to taper down the surface.
That's what I'm going to do. The first few videos I made were kind of cheesy, but I am learning. I have plans for many, many hands on videos. Thanks LY

It will work on any fiberglass or metal part. It will not work too well on pactive parts.
