great video, great attitude, thanks a lot for sharing. I'm currently building a '79 chevy Monza, I'd like to build a wide body I like the wide flared look. The body style kind of lends toward a Porsche look with flares. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation. Keep up the great work.

what were all the materials that you used? i didnt quite get all of it

Scrap foam to make the shape, Great Stuff expandable eurethane foam to build it up, a saw to cut and shape, wax paper to prevent the resin from sticking, masking tape, polyester resin, fiberglass matting and cloth, bunch of cheap paint brushes, and a grinding disc to taper down the surface.

would this work for gmc sonoma zr2 fender flares?

It will work on any fiberglass or metal part. It will not work too well on pactive parts.
