@hermiethehero i dont do this anymore and it doesnt look like you ever have. try to make one. its very hard to make them look smooth and what not. unless you wont to spend months on one stick fight animation.

There are options before you export to avoid that. Try experimenting next time

why didn't you export it as an .avi file? would have made the quality much better
