  • @damionchunheakimster hahahah,, nope.. its a matter of getting used to it.. its actually the shoulder that hurts the most because it is the one that is holding all the balance.. the neck is just a support.

  • @mysterio192001 aah im too skeptical of attempting it cuz of the fear of hurting my neck haha how long did it take u to get that far in the video

  • @damionchunheakimster i can hold that longer.. but it took me a while because i have to strengthen my shoulders and my neck for this.. I can put both legs straight but i am still struggling.. but no pain no gain.. you should try it. (: the more you do it, the easier it gets

  • @mysterio192001 so i got a question man, is it easier to start it with sticking ur arms out and then leanin back or start off with a regular headstand and then put ur arms back??

  • @damionchunheakimster it depends on which one u are comfortable.. It is easier for me to put my hands out then lean back because in that way you are in the position.. you can use different transition such as the roll back then head hollow or head stand to head hollow.. you just have to find which one is easier.

    whats the training for it though ?

  • training for it.... i want strength... and it helps me with my freezes...to hold it longer... and do varieties of head hollow..

  • try some bridges and handstands... it looks like you needa strech shoulders and arms for this too

    if you can get the freeze, practice against a wall and let your feet touch it and then slowly push more and more away or bend your feet so they dont touch the the wall

    keep repeating back and forth between touching the wall and not and you'll get the balance for it
