The Men's 800m record is 1:41.11, and the women's record is 153.28. The world record holder finishes approximately 100m ahead of the women's record holder. A male who runs 153 would not be allowed to run internationally in large track meets as that time would be too slow. this guy's scenario it would be highly improbably that a women would ever be able to compete at a professional level in a one standard for all.

If both sexes were the same there wouldn't be such differences in world records across male and female athletics events. Obviously gender equality is important and everything should be done to support it, but there are difference in performance in athetics and numerous other sports (with the exceptions of show jumping, horse racing and a few others).
