I admire Dr.Craig's efforts and abilities and his methodology. Always the gentleman, always the scholar and respectful adversary. Frank Turek on the other hand, has embarrassed me as an aspiring apologist and as a Christian a number of times as being entirely too mean spirited in some of his engagements.
I love Dr. Craig's point that the more Christianity is forgotten in Britain, the more Islam is accepted.
You just can't hold God down -- he and his servants will unerringly express his transcendental message, no matter what you do in a vain attempt to stop him. And it's not limited to Christianity and Islam -- he's got a thousand other authentic religious traditions lined up after those two.
Try as you might, there is just no escaping the Truth. =)
I love the way Dr. Turek opens this interview -- that quarterback analogy is gold, and it's all true too!
It's also very interesting to see the contrasting personalities of these two men together -- Dr. Turek's rough-and-tumble, edgy directness, and Dr. Craig's kind, gentle, soothing manner.
Great interview, and great video -- thanks for uploading!
Gimme me a break! Richard Dawkins probably saw Dr. Craig destroy the likes of Harris,Atkins etc... and said to himself I am not dealing with this guy.
Turek got Hitchslapped in his debate. Craig is impervious to anything that doesn't support his conclusions, and knows his supporters are also. That's faith for you. Science is neither impervious or certain. That's the nature of science. So it comes out looking wishy-washy in debate for those who don't understand the scientific method. This video is a massive fail and will convince no one who has already seen that the emperor has no clothes.
"Craig is impervious to anything that doesn't support his conclusions"
Probably because he sees no reason to believe the other position because the opposition either does a really bad job of presenting Atheism or simply because there are no reasons to believe that it is true. To quote you, "Science [or philosophy, for that matter] is neither impervious or certain", and Dr. Craig, a philosopher of science, is not going to hold a view that no one ever presents good evidence for
My good friend Peter Atkins surely will have demonstrated the highest form of atheist reasoning in his debate with this Dr. Craig. I chose the high road of slinging mud from afar. When will the clear thinking brilliance of Peter Atkins be on display? Will this channel be able to upload it? I have been blocked on my alter ego's (Richard Dawkins) channel and website.
Months after being fired from Cisco Systems in Ca. over an anti-gay marriage book, Dr. Frank Turek was also given the boot from Bank of America. These were actions taken by major employers because someone googled his name and found out he wrote a book that explained why he believed that marriage is between one man and one woman. There is no record of Dr. Turek espousing his views while on the job, so what's the deal? What about free speech and tolerance?
@CR2Richet Lots of prophets made fun of people, making fun isn't a sin according to any doctrine. @drcraigvideos hey drcraigvideos, i was wondering if craig would ever consider debating matt dilahunty from the atheist experience, i want to see that guy get owned hardcore by craig.
@Falcondick69 No don't do it. That would only inflate that prick's ego, and I absolutely GUARANTEE that once the whole thing is done and over with, he will go back and try to knit pick at every little detail in an attempt to discredit Craig and shine the light on himself. And Craig won't reply since...you know...he has better things to do, giving Dillacunt the wiggle space that he needs in order to slyly misrepresent Craig. And the atheist's will hail him a hero So no, very bad idea, imo.
@M3PanoS ah, well ive seen a rediculous amount of "debunkin kalam argument" videos, almost as many as there are "rebecca black friday parody" videos, and of them i noticed Theatheistexperience show people had one where they "debunked" it as well, i just wanted craig to own that guy : P
@Falcondick69 On Craig's website, under the audio-visual section, there is a link called "Answering Atheist Arguments" from the Paul Edwards show (near the bottom). It's a recap of a debate between two atheists from the Rational Responders group against Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort. Kirk and Ray did a horrible job, but Craig goes over the debate with a fine toothed comb. While it's not the Atheist experience it gets pretty close to Dillahunty's material. It might satisfy you to some extent.
I wish Dr. Craig would come to the Tucson Convention Center and speak for the Calvary Chapel congregation. He would probably get an audience of 10,000.
@karozans that would be great but Tucson is as interested in apologetics as it is in Trade with China...Joel Rosenberg might have gathered 10,000 because he talks about escatology, but we won't gather 10,000 to learn about apologetics...just being honest.

When we have battered the disease called Internet Atheism, we should focus our intentions on Islam. There are much more Muslims then Atheists, and Islam is basically indefenseabe.
Anybody who defends Mohammed, basically defends pedophilia, and Mohammeds sexual relationship with Aisha, when she was just 9.
We can destroy Islam in about 10 years from now, when, God willing, Christianity and Christians are fully apolegetitized...
@tjobv Hopefully in ten years we will have learned, that christianity is not about destroying anything, but about loving youre enemy. THEN will Christians be fully apolegetitzed.
@tjobv But how can we destroy Satan? Jesus told us the only way. The only way to destroy Satan is by loving youre enemy. Love and compassion. Those are the only """weapons""" we as Christian can use, or else Satan wins, Jesus looses.
@tjobv How is Islam of Satan? Look, how would you feel if I said Jesus is not the Jewish Messiah, or his not a Prophet, Not even God? How would you feel? How would you feel if I said you are pagan and you don't know the God of Israel? Islam just like Christianity is growing up, its just that Christianity is in its 20s and Islam in his teens.
You might do your historical research a little bit better, and realise that Mohammed had a sexual relationship with a 9 year old child, beheaded 600 Jews at Banu Qurayza in 1 night, and waged war after war.
Islam 100% satanic...
There is a reason why people fly with planes into buildings before shouting that there Gd is great....
@tjobv It true that Mohammed married a 6 year old girl and had sex with her when she was 9 year old. Yes this is true. Mohammed murdered many women and children, many men. Yes this is true. And your absolutely right when you say that Mohammed (Islam, Muslims) waged war after war. But Islam is not Satanic, have you ever read the OT? Plus, 9/11 was because of the U.S Gov...They pushed those Muslims to the breaking limit by taking over there land and oil, there god tells them to defend Demselfs
@tjobv though I applaud your zeal in thinking Islam could be "crushed" in 10 years, I have my doubts you've actually done much Bible study. The "kingdoms" that come against Israel in the final days are all Islamic. So it's destined they will continue to grow and become more powerful.
The most I think we can hope for is to save a few souls with the help of the holy spirit.....
one thing everyone has toa ccept in all of this, dr peter atkins has the biggest balls of any atheists out there, he deserves a trophy of his favorite kind, nothing.
I love Dr. Craig! The only thing I flatly disagree with him is his rejection of a literal 6 day creation... Christianity is completely incompatible with evolution, here is a great article that explains that Biblically and logically (remove the spaces in the addresses: h ttp://creation.c om/10-dangers-of-theistic-evolution
@Devin82m I respectfully disagree. I'm a Christian and evolutionist. Though I don't know to what extent evolution is true (don't know whether all species share an ancestor or just most) it seems to me that if God exists and love life then evolution must be true. Because if God wants a species to survive he would create them to adapt to a changing environment. Christianity is the belief in the gospel of Christ, not the mechanism by which God created the universe and life.
@DetectiveMarvinBrown Sure, I agree God loves life, but evolution isn't about life at all, it's about death. I know that sounds funny, but it really is, evolution (if it were true) is the most horrible and confusing way for life to exist. Now Creationists don't disagree with the fact that species adapt, we disagree that humans came long process of "progressive" and compounding adaptations over hundreds of millions of years from goo. But you would know this if you had read the article and site.
@Devin82m I will read the article later. Just can't right now. Studying for an exam tomorrow and I have don't know any of the material. :p But when I do I'll give a response.
@TheisticThinker Just like I told Detective, you would know the answer to these questions if you just read the article, which you shouldn't mind doing because it came from a Bible believing brother in Christ. Shouldn't you be more inclined to believe something Biblical instead of worldly anyway? I mean atheists love to see and to count among their ranks "Christians" who believe and support evolution, that is disturbing don't you think? Also Dawkins even said they aren't compatible!
@Devin82m Define "Wordly". And why should I take a literal view as something of Historical Christianity when Creationism is a later american development? Dawkins doesn't no shit. Talk to a Christian evangelical biologist and you will see that.
@TheisticThinker Wow! Now you show your colors, you are just a poser, not a Christian. You may claim to follow Christ, but no true born again Christian would use language like that while having a friendly conversation with another Christian. Let alone refuse to read a simple Christian article and ferociously defend an atheist doctrine of death and chaos (things God does NOT represent). Also I have spoken to multiple PHD holding Christian biologists, they believe in Creation... Stop posing.
@Devin82m I think every Christian believes in Creation, lol. What isn't true of historical Christianity is "Creationism" big difference. Why am I a poser? Simply because I disagree with you? Or because I put up videos defending the truth of Christianity and my belief in Christ?
@TheisticThinker Sure, but the question isn't did God create the universe, our discussion is related to Creation (things are created basically as they are presently) vs evolution. No, and you know that isn't what I meant, you are a poser for claiming to be a Christian and using a curse word in the same sentence. Also I find it disturbing that you refuse to read an article written by a Bible believing Christian... We can disagree on many issues, but I think Creation vs evolution is important.
@TheisticThinker The belief in evolution actually empowers atheism. That is also why so many uneducated youth are leaving churches in droves because the church has allowed a secular and unsupported scientific theory to reign. If I were a kid being enticed by the world but also conflicted about my belief in Christ I would actually do some research instead of blindly following a scientific view that was created by a eugenicist and agnostic...
@TheisticThinker Let alone 10s of thousands of Christian scientists disagree with the theories conclusions. So much so that there are several peer reviewed Creationists journals with actual scientific research being conducted. Creationists have the freedom to follow the evidence instead of consistently claim materialism. What is even more silly, is the fact that some "Christians" claim to believe in the Creation of the universe but they refuse to believe God intelligently designed life as is...
@TheisticThinker Or is it that you are just afraid of what people will think of you if you claim to be a Creationists... Sounds pretty worldly to me. I sometimes wonder if that is why a major public figure like Craig claims to believe in evolution... I have noticed he has never done an extensive work on the creation vs evolution issue, I think maybe he wants to avoid it because he thinks atheists will use it against him. Then again, I'm just speculating. ;-)
@Devin82m do you have links to this information you can post? ive seen a lot of refuted young earth ideas but if you thinky oua ctually got a source with good info on it im curious to see it. im a christian btw just curious : P
@Falcondick69 Sure, I already posted on link about the problems of theistic evolution. The site (Creation.com) it comes from is very professional and is NOT akin to Kent Hovind, actually they critiqued and correct errors in a lot of his material. Also check out my YouTube channel on the left side at the bottom is a list of awesome Creation related websites that are very orderly and scientific. PHD holding scientists write most of the articles and conduct research even.
@TheisticThinker Oh, and please don't come back with the silly argument that Creationists got their PHDs from Christian schools, that would just be a lie and a straw man. Everyone of the PHDs I quote and provide articles of earned their degrees from mainstream secular universities, some of them have been or still are professors in their fields at mainstream universities. You should be ashamed of your self for your language and your close mindedness to God's word which is clear on Creation.
@Devin82m I don't care where they got their PhD, as long as it is a credible ordinary University, I for example look up to Biola University, but where I live, there is only "secular" Universities. People can still say pretty stupid stuff even if they have a PhD, a PhD doesn't automatically make you credible.
@TheisticThinker OK, well I was just covering all bases since people who feel they must debate this issue with me seem to think anyone who believe in Creation is an ignorant hack with no education (Completely untrue of course). I also agree with you that PHDs can say stupid stuff, just like most PHD holding evolutionists. But most of these guys with Creation.com (CMI) and ICR were evolutionists and some even atheists before they started noticing to many problems with evolution.
@Devin82m "You should be ashamed of your self for your language and your close mindedness to God's word which is clear on Creation." Ad Homonem, I could say the same thing about you, but I don't because it wouldn't contribute anything at all. Being called closeminded is something I get called alot by Creationists, simply because I disagree with them. Don't make me generalize.
@TheisticThinker No you can't, I did not just use a curse word and claim to be a Christian... Also if you refuse to hear or even research what the other side believe (like not reading a Christian article) then you are close minded and bias. Not only that, but I would question the genuineness of someones claim to be a Christian as well. I know there are crazies out there who claim to be Christian but can't even get basic doctrines right, but I am not one of those. Have you read the article yet?
@TheisticThinker My friend,im speaking as former evolutionist myself, the matter of evolution vs creationism and ID is not the matter of ,,religion vs science,, but the true science vs ideology(which is evolution) ....so,idk why to you ,,creationism or ID or any criticism of evolution,, is something whats ,,getiing on your nerves,, but for me,and for so many scientists, and academics, professors ...its because of SCIENCE and the truth that darwinism goes on our nerves ..
@DiNatalli I agree with you. WIlliam Lane Craig said himself in one of his podcasts that Christian layman should not engage in debating and philosophical arguments in public if they are not properly trained. Frank Turek is like a motivational speaker, but nowhere near the intellectual bohemoth that is William Lane Craig.
$8 (or even $20) is cheap for 2+ hours of entertainment; I spend that much on movie tickets (not to mention thing from the candy bar) and the movies are not that good. I would buy tickets to a debate any day.
Quote on Craig's debate with Dr.Atkins:"Daniel Hill, 39, lecturer in philosophy at the University of Liverpool, said: “From an intellectual point of view, it’s very embarrassing that they couldn’t find a better opposition to William Lane Craig than Peter Atkins, who was humiliated today. I once read that Craig spanked Christopher Hitchens like a foolish child in a debate, and we’ve seen something even worse than that tonight. It was frankly embarrassing for the atheist side.” (Mancunian Matters)
Watching this is like watching two guys jack off each other.

@Devin82m Why isn't it about life and why is it about death? Why isn't Evolution "true"? Creationism is seriously getting on my nerves.
TheisticThinker 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker Just like I told Detective, you would know the answer to these questions if you just read the article, which you shouldn't mind doing because it came from a Bible believing brother in Christ. Shouldn't you be more inclined to believe something Biblical instead of worldly anyway? I mean atheists love to see and to count among their ranks "Christians" who believe and support evolution, that is disturbing don't you think? Also Dawkins even said they aren't compatible!
Devin82m 3 months ago
@Devin82m Define "Wordly". And why should I take a literal view as something of Historical Christianity when Creationism is a later american development? Dawkins doesn't no shit. Talk to a Christian evangelical biologist and you will see that.
TheisticThinker 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker Wow! Now you show your colors, you are just a poser, not a Christian. You may claim to follow Christ, but no true born again Christian would use language like that while having a friendly conversation with another Christian. Let alone refuse to read a simple Christian article and ferociously defend an atheist doctrine of death and chaos (things God does NOT represent). Also I have spoken to multiple PHD holding Christian biologists, they believe in Creation... Stop posing.
Devin82m 3 months ago
@Devin82m I think every Christian believes in Creation, lol. What isn't true of historical Christianity is "Creationism" big difference. Why am I a poser? Simply because I disagree with you? Or because I put up videos defending the truth of Christianity and my belief in Christ?
TheisticThinker 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker Sure, but the question isn't did God create the universe, our discussion is related to Creation (things are created basically as they are presently) vs evolution. No, and you know that isn't what I meant, you are a poser for claiming to be a Christian and using a curse word in the same sentence. Also I find it disturbing that you refuse to read an article written by a Bible believing Christian... We can disagree on many issues, but I think Creation vs evolution is important.
Devin82m 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker The belief in evolution actually empowers atheism. That is also why so many uneducated youth are leaving churches in droves because the church has allowed a secular and unsupported scientific theory to reign. If I were a kid being enticed by the world but also conflicted about my belief in Christ I would actually do some research instead of blindly following a scientific view that was created by a eugenicist and agnostic...
Devin82m 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker Let alone 10s of thousands of Christian scientists disagree with the theories conclusions. So much so that there are several peer reviewed Creationists journals with actual scientific research being conducted. Creationists have the freedom to follow the evidence instead of consistently claim materialism. What is even more silly, is the fact that some "Christians" claim to believe in the Creation of the universe but they refuse to believe God intelligently designed life as is...
Devin82m 3 months ago

Falcondick69 3 months ago
@Falcondick69 Sure, I already posted on link about the problems of theistic evolution. The site (Creation.com) it comes from is very professional and is NOT akin to Kent Hovind, actually they critiqued and correct errors in a lot of his material. Also check out my YouTube channel on the left side at the bottom is a list of awesome Creation related websites that are very orderly and scientific. PHD holding scientists write most of the articles and conduct research even.
Devin82m 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker Oh, and please don't come back with the silly argument that Creationists got their PHDs from Christian schools, that would just be a lie and a straw man. Everyone of the PHDs I quote and provide articles of earned their degrees from mainstream secular universities, some of them have been or still are professors in their fields at mainstream universities. You should be ashamed of your self for your language and your close mindedness to God's word which is clear on Creation.
Devin82m 3 months ago
@Devin82m I don't care where they got their PhD, as long as it is a credible ordinary University, I for example look up to Biola University, but where I live, there is only "secular" Universities. People can still say pretty stupid stuff even if they have a PhD, a PhD doesn't automatically make you credible.
TheisticThinker 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker OK, well I was just covering all bases since people who feel they must debate this issue with me seem to think anyone who believe in Creation is an ignorant hack with no education (Completely untrue of course). I also agree with you that PHDs can say stupid stuff, just like most PHD holding evolutionists. But most of these guys with Creation.com (CMI) and ICR were evolutionists and some even atheists before they started noticing to many problems with evolution.
Devin82m 3 months ago
@Devin82m "You should be ashamed of your self for your language and your close mindedness to God's word which is clear on Creation." Ad Homonem, I could say the same thing about you, but I don't because it wouldn't contribute anything at all. Being called closeminded is something I get called alot by Creationists, simply because I disagree with them. Don't make me generalize.
TheisticThinker 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker No you can't, I did not just use a curse word and claim to be a Christian... Also if you refuse to hear or even research what the other side believe (like not reading a Christian article) then you are close minded and bias. Not only that, but I would question the genuineness of someones claim to be a Christian as well. I know there are crazies out there who claim to be Christian but can't even get basic doctrines right, but I am not one of those. Have you read the article yet?
Devin82m 3 months ago
@TheisticThinker My friend,im speaking as former evolutionist myself, the matter of evolution vs creationism and ID is not the matter of ,,religion vs science,, but the true science vs ideology(which is evolution) ....so,idk why to you ,,creationism or ID or any criticism of evolution,, is something whats ,,getiing on your nerves,, but for me,and for so many scientists, and academics, professors ...its because of SCIENCE and the truth that darwinism goes on our nerves ..

I wish William Lane Craig would come to Sweden. Sweden is extremely secular and the atheist vs christian debates there are of very low quality.
