its easy.. make an surface and then make waters... just a simple water put it into the surface and then click the surface and the water in a group and then change the colour.. make sure the colour is same and it will make the surface looks like water too.. its easy as hell
I did this on my old computer that displayed its ram in MB, an astounding 1 gb, or 1000mb, and unless your running this in slow motion mode, i think YOU need a new computer before telling other's what to have, Anyway nice it really looked awesome
I have a simple laptop (a 4 year old Acer Aspire 5520) with a Nvidia GeForce 8400M G (downclocked 8600M by the factory) and a simple AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core processor 1,9 Ghz.
For a 4 year old laptop, these are pretty good specs.
It runs Algodoo smootly at 30 fps and sometimes even at 50 or even 60 fps.
With simulation speed 100%.
That is very good for a 4 year old laptop that wasn't designed to run games (but movies instead).
@banjerboefify wow... my computer is even worse, its like 10 years old.trying to save up for a 3.4 ghz desktop computer. how do you change the frame rate, or are you talking about simulation speed in the option menu?
@jmloudon97 You can't change the frame rate and I am talking about the info shown in my sim info from the options menu. You can however change the simulation frequency, a higher frequency is more accurate but slower and a lower frequency is less accurate but faster. To do this you have to open your console window (I remember it was one of the F.. keys) and type "sim.frequency x" and in the x you fill in your number. The default is 100hz (so, sim.freq 100).
how well do you think this game will run on a pentium intel p6100, 6gb ram, hd graphics and such. aparently the intel p6100 works well with 3d graphics for an average cpu but what do u think?
@fournier1592 I think that the best thing you can do is dumping your integrated Intel graphics and buy a graphics card (Nvidia supports more games, but Ati has better overclocking). Believe me Intel graphics (even if it is HD) sucks. Even my 4 year old laptop has an graphics card (seperated from the motherboard, so I can replace it with a better one if needed).
@lakeeja just remember aswell the plane engines will have to be above the wing as the ones under thw wing when they hit water its like ur body hitting water at 210mph it will stop all of a sudden same with the plane the engines will catch the water and whip it under if there under the wing a bit of facts for you there 2 lol
@lakeeja Pls tell me how you overclocked ur cpu. I want to overclock my 4800+. And why dont you make a crash barrier to reduce crash damage. It is very entertaining too
