@amrietkalpoe You can click on the link in the description, and then email Wen Yang Lion Association. They might be able to give you details on the song they used. Good luck!
@amrietkalpoe it's called long teng hu yue. I can't type chinese on this com, but a very rough literal translation is flying dragons and jumping tigers.
@amrietkalpoe it's called long teng hu yue. a bit difficult to translate into english but a word for word translation is 'flying dragons and jumping tigers'

@nianqiao Thanks! I've found the song.. We are making a little wushu show from mulan.. short version of 1 hour.. with more action/wushu in it. So with that and lion dance demos we could realy use it. (in the Netherlands) Thanks Again!
@addictcrossfire20 Full of Ah-Bengs wasting their youth and time and this stupid thing....haizzzzz...feel sorry...most of them are Pai Kai....gangsters...i talking about those in Singapore...
last time... i thought northern lion dance sucks.. after watching this video.. it is cool! haha! now.. i m watching more video of northern lion dance video!
@zzzvanessazzzful We were like you too. Southern lion was so much more dynamic, but after studying with Wen Yang troupe who does both styles, we learned that it's actually more difficult than Southern. Check out some of the Northern lion teams from Beijing, they're pretty tight. Thanks for the comment!
@BananaManaTV welcome! at first, my teacher show us the 2 different type of lion dances.. then everyone in my class keep making fun of the lion dance... as for me, i'm interested in lion dance since i'm young.. so i'm also curious abt nothern lion dance...
@zzzvanessazzzful Thanks! Yes, Northern lion is very different, but it's pretty exciting to watch. The heads are made out of wood, so they're even heavier than Southern lion heads. It's a very athletic art form.
I like both the southern and northern lions...I like the way the norther lions look but I like the southern style dance....is it against the rules to have a north lion do a south lion dance?
This is awesome
